Monthly or Quarterly Preventative Maintenance
Palmetto REsolutions offers a Preventive Maintenance program to make sure your property is taken care of. We offer this service on a Quarterly or Monthly basis, including; treating drains, changing air filters, checking batteries in safety devices, inspecting plumbing and electrical systems, checking for water intrusion, inspecting the perimeter of the property, discounted maintenance rates (w/ annual contract), 24/7 access in case of emergencies (w/ annual contract) and many other preventative tasks.
