Brandon Snyder, a Charlotte native, has been involved with real estate investment and property management since 2002. After going to the University of North Florida, Brandon stayed in Jacksonville to work for the PGA TOUR and TPC Sawgrass. It was here he started sharing his love of real estate investing with many of the PGA TOUR members he met, handling their real estate investments. Soon after, The Palmetto Group (forerunner to Palmetto REsolutions) was formed to best serve his clients in finding, managing, and developing their real estate portfolio.
In 2008 Brandon started The Palmetto Fund, a $25 mil. private equity fund. The fund focused on obtaining, completing, renting and ultimately selling the partially developed inventory of Jacksonville area developers.
Brandon moved back to the Charlotte area in 2013 and currently lives in the Lake Wylie area with his wife Kara, son Beckett, daughter Gracen and their 2 Golden Retrievers Callie and Harper.
